Book Covers – Hjalmar Söderberg's "Förvillelser"

Here I present my different mockup book covers for Hjalmar Söderberg's "Förvillelser" published by Albert Bonniers Förlag, an assignment for Malmö University. It was a typography based assignment where no images were allowed.

Spiral-themed to allude to the chaos of the narrative, and the spiralling into insanity.

Divided into the golden rule. Typography based.

Here the words making up for the book's cover is words that describe the content where part of the word making up the title are highlighted.

In this version part of the title is muddled, akin to the muddled mind of the main character where the part "vill" can mean "want", and the many different wants of the character clouds his vision.
